Esthesioneuroblastoma is a malignant tumor of the olfactory mucosa that is starts in the upper nasal cavity. It spreads along the olfactory nerve into the anterior cranial fossa where it is devistating. Most commonly seen as a "snowman appearance". Bone CT shows central anterior skull base destruction early. MR reveals avid enhancement possible foci of hemorrhage and intracranial tumor margin cyst formation
